This ministry exists to provide those who are incarcerated with a means of receiving encouragement, wise counsel and the enlightenment of the Word of God for their lives, demonstrated with the love of God through Christian brothers and sisters who desire to touch the life of another by simply writing a letter.  As Isaiah 61:1 says ...
